Return and Exchange Police
We are happy to exchange merchandise as long as it meets the following requirements: it must be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and the original receipt. Please note that all exchanges are subject to availability at the time your exchange order is processed, and the item(s) you requested may be sold out completely. If you exchange merchandise that was originally purchased on sale or through any other promotional offer, the amount may be recalculated if it was affected by a discounted value on the original transaction and if all conditions are not met.
If the merchandise you purchased is in new condition, and contains all original packaging, tags, labels, and the original receipt, you may return or exchange it at our physical stores. All items will be thoroughly inspected before returns are processed, and refunds will be issued in accordance with the original form of payment. Depending on your bank's processing time, refunds may take up to 2 billing cycles to be credited to your account. You may also return the merchandise in any of our stores in compliance with our Return and Exchange Policy. Returns will be compensated with a store credit or credit to the original tender equivalent to the value paid for the merchandise.
How to Return
To return items, please follow the steps outlined below:

Pack the items you wish to return securely in a box and include the original receipt that was received with your order.

Print the return shipping label and attach it to the package.

Cover or remove any old shipping labels to avoid any confusion or delivery issues.
- Give the package to the designated carrier identified on the label.
We recommend that you obtain a tracking number for your return shipment as we cannot be held responsible for any lost or damaged packages. Once we receive the returned items, we will process your refund within 1-5 days.
